This is one of the most sought after locations in the old white village. In a quiet residential area in a small building. The neighbours are multi-national but predominantly Spanish. We have found it easy to integrate with the local community who made us welcome from the day we arrived.
There are super views out to sea and over the Guadalfeo Delta as well as to the Sierra Nevada. On the terrace we have sun all morning and on the roof terrace all day long.
This is a really safe place to live - our local community is as good as neighbourhood watch. There are good bars and restaurants only a couple of minutes on foot plus a grocery store on the corner. The main shopping is 5 minutes on foot. Salobreña is well served by Málaga and Almería airports.
