The roof space is unused at the moment but could be made into a very attractive tiled garden. It is reached via a staircase from the door of the apartment.
Views from the terrace - below - are spectacular in every direction. To the North the snow clad Sierra Nevada Mountains, to the south the Mediterranean sea.
