The apartment is an ideal place for full time living or as a holiday home. Only a short distance from supermarkets, shops, restaurants and bars which are all a flat walk from the apartment, most no more than 3 or 4 minutes.
The beach and the water splash park of Almuñecar are 5 minutes walk.

The views from the terrace are to the facing hillside and to the right there are some sea views. The beach is about 500 metres.
