A.  You may change your details at any time free of charge. Simply send us an E-mail and we will action the change immediately.

A.  This is an issue raised over and over by clients and web surfers alike. Our simple answer is; at no time in the foreseeable future do we envisage this coming about. Q. What will I have to pay at the end of my first subscription period ?

A. As of January 2006 the cost of a renewal subscription is Euros 175.00 ( Sterling £120.00 ) per year.
Q. What if I sell my property before my subscription period ends ?

A. You may either ask us to remove your property from the website - leave the property on the site and change the contact details to the new owner or have a new website for your new property at a discounted price.
Q. Can I access my website to change the details myself ?

A. No you cannot access your own website to make changes. Your website is carefully designed to balance keywords, text and Meta Tags. If we allow you to make random changes this will upset the balance of your website and will adversely affect your search engine positioning and finally your level of enquiries. We realize other websites allow this but it is a very bad idea. Our marketing programme is carefully controlled and designed to bring you maximum results.

Your changes should be advised to us by E-mail and they will be implemented very quickly. Your wording may be modified by our search engine professionals to gain maximum benefit for your property.

A. On a SunholsDirect website you will never be competing with more than 30 other properties on the same page. Additionally, you will never be in competition with another property of the same size or type in the same district. We can see little point in our clients cutting each others throats. Our objective is to ensure that all properties on our sites get fully booked at the best possible price.

Can you imagine being on a website with 7000 other properties or on a site that attempts to cover the whole world - what kind of service or exposure could you hope for under such circumstances. We are here to make you successful and in turn we will build a steady and solid business.

We only operate on the Costa del Sol and on the Algarve in Portugal. Each area has a strict ceiling on the number of properties overall - once an area is fully subscribed we do not accept further properties unless someone drops out.

We know the area well - our main office is on the Costa del Sol. We can usually arrange to photograph your property within a few days if required.

A. We cannot of course guarantee bookings for your apartment or villa but we can and do guarantee you enquiries. Turning those enquiries into bookings depends on you - on your prices and availability.

We also guarantee to closely watch your site in the early days to ensure that we have the balance of keywords, text and tagging correct. Later your site will be professionally analyzed on a monthly basis to ensure that adequate numbers of enquiries are being received. How do I pay you ?
Q. How do I pay you ?

A. You place your order - we build your website and post it on the Internet in a private location for you to view. You comment and we make any necessary adjustments to the site. Once you have agreed you will be invoiced and payment is directly to our UK or Spanish Bank account.

We then add your site to all of the appropriate indexes and begin to promote your property.
