Sorry you felt the layout to be out of date - you are clearly an experienced internet user. Our decision regarding layout is based on the lowest common denominator theory. Many of our users rarely use the internet, lots of them are elderly and new to computing but would still like to book holidays this way. For this reason we plan to keep the site as basic as we possibly can thus widening the possible catchment.
I'm sure you understand that as a marketing company rather than a search engine, we represent both sides of the coin. On the one hand our advertisers who wish to be read by the maximum number of people and on the other supplying a web site that can be handled by the most elementary user.
We monitor all of our sites carefully and more than 98% of the questionnaires filled out have the "easy to use" check box ticked. To see a few of our customer comments click here;

What the public think about the site.
These are a few comments taken directly from the questionnaire pages on the site. We read every questionnaire, reply promptly whenever a reply address is supplied and take all comments into account when revising the site. They may seem a bit one sided but we get very few negative comments.
Two points we would like to make are 1. we ask clients if the site is easy or difficult to use. Overwhelmingly they click the easy to use box ( more than 98% ) 2. The main negative comment we have constantly received is why are there no availablity charts on the website. For this reason we have added to every Index page on every website a link button such as this one.

Message Although I filled in a form of comments when I first
used this site I felt I would write again. I am so
impressed with this site - it is one of the best I have
used. I have now booked a holiday with one of your
advertisers and will certainly use this site again. I e-
mailed several people as it being a late booking I was
not sure of availabity. Everyone contacted me within 1
day and some of the answers were back literally within
minutes. Fantastic - keep up the good work. Do you run

We do constantly remind them but can never be sure of their reaction.
We have only been operating on the Costa del Sol because we are based here and don't really see ourselves as a search engine but rather as an old fashioned marketing company using the internet to reach our clients. We feel it is very important to know our owners personally where possible.

Site was easy to use, I liked all of it, it is the clearest I have had to submit. Excellent. don't changa a thing. Apart from the above I would like to say......my fingers are crossed for vacancies.
Do like being able to view a selection of accommodation and views, and being able to email the owner direct.
Apart from the above I would like to say...... This is a great website. It's colourful, informative and simple to use.What more could anyone ask for?

Ticked Site was easy to use
I thought the site was great - very informative and displayed all information very well. We have used it to book three different apartments (so far) for a family wedding being held in Costa del Sol this summer! Replies from owners/property agents was very prompt, friendly and helpful. Have recommended the site to other guests travelling to the wedding.
