On the Northern shores of Lake Vinuela, in the Axarquia region of Southern Spain, our beautiful property was completed during the latter part of 2006.
The holiday accommodation comprises 3 spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms plus a shower room.
The master bedroom is fitted with a four poster bed and has a large fully tiled en suite bathroom with chromatherapy Jacuzzi bath and walk in shower. French doors open to the terrace with views over the lake and to Mount Maroma.
Bedroom two is also an elegant double with en-suite shower room. From here via double French doors, there is direct access to the terrace with views to Lake Vinuela & the surrounding countryside.
The third bedroom is a twin and is situated directly opposite the family bathroom. All of the bedrooms are well equipped with power points and fitted wardrobes.
A major feature of the property is the spectacular & huge open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area which in turn opens to the gardens and terrace areas via French doors. The design creates a perfect setting for the seamless indoor/outdoor lifestyle we enjoy here in Southern Spain.
Outside there are both covered and open terrace areas, "sometimes it's nice to be able to get out of the sun for a spell"
In the grounds, next to the heated swimming pool & Jacuzzi is a splendid pool house complete with outside kitchen & BBQ. This is a wonderful place to dine under the stars on a balmy summer evening. There are views from here right across Lake Vinuela. The kitchen/dining terrace is covered.
Shopping is easy with a choice of villages close by and the major shopping mall 15 minutes drive away in the coastal town of Torre del Mar. A variety of restaurants close to the property in Los Romanes, Vinuela Village and around the shores of the lake, offer menus to suit every taste.
Lake Vinuela is a safe, peaceful holiday destination with endless country walks, fishing, wildlife and the opportunity to sample the Spanish way of life - in comfort.
