The Master Double is en suite and there is a further family bathroom.
All of the bedrooms have french windows which open onto a patio area that in turn leads to the swimming pool and sun bathing terrace.
The swimming pool is equipped with sun beds and umbrellas.
The lounge is modern, sumptuously furnished and has a large flat screen TV with Satellite which receives many UK stations including BBC and a host of UK radio programmes.
The separate kitchen is beautifully fitted with ceramic hob, electric oven, washing machine, fridge freezer and all you will need to make your stay at the villa comfortable.
The dining area is off the lounge and also adjacent to the kitchen although you will probably spend more time eating on the well furnished patio - the climate here encourages a seamless indoor/outdoor lifestyle for most of the year.
There are a number of excellent beaches to choose from offering al kinds of sporting and other facilities. Burriana is our closest beach. At Burriana you will be able to enjoy a variety of restaurants and cafés on the sea front, some specialising in sea food but the most famous is that of Ayo's Paella restaurant where "1 meter wide paella" is cooked on the beach over an open fire. This was featured on the BBC holiday programme.
Shopping is easy with good supermarkets close by and the center of nerja is just 15 minutes walk. There is a good bus service and there is off street parking at the villa.
